Delete your account

From the app

Open Threk, go to profile, scroll to the bottom and tap delete my account. You will be asked to retype your handle to confirm: it is there to stop it happening by accident, because there is no undo.

What gets deleted

• the account, the email address and the profile
• all your attempts and all your leaderboard rows
• all your videos, from the storage that holds them

Deletion is immediate and permanent. We do not keep a backup copy of your data to restore later.

If you already uninstalled the app

Write to privacy@threk-app.com from the address you signed up with and we will do it for you.
